Shipping policy

We are a USA based, family owned company.  Our products ship from our warehouse here in Southern California.

 

Shipping: Savage UTV ships orders Monday-Friday, expedited shipping orders received before 12 pm PST will typically ship the same day, all other orders usually ship within 24 hours if the product is in stock.  

Please keep in mind, we design products here at Savage UTV, we do not transport them.  Any delays in the Estimated delivery date is outside of our control.  We are happy to assist and will make every effort on our end to help move things along, but please be aware that you have a choice to select UPS or USPS at checkout and these are 3rd party companies.  UPS does not guarantee Ground shipments, so the delivery date is an Estimate.  Expedited shipping options with UPS like Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day are guaranteed.  If it does not arrive in time, let us know and we will contact them to have the delivery charges refunded (so long as it is not the holidays or a caveat to requesting a refund on these items).  We do not monitor delivery dates on orders, so it is the responsibility of the recipient to let us know within 24 hours of the expected delivery date on guaranteed orders that there has been a delay so we can file this claim.  

More importantly, USPS DOES NOT Guarantee Priority Mail timeframes.  See their policy here:  https://faq.usps.com/s/article/What-is-Priority-Mail.  Although our website may show the transit time that is communicated to us by them, it does not guarantee your item will arrive in this timeframe.  If you are needing something quickly, we highly suggest selecting UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air as their services come with a service guarantee (link here), unlike USPS.

   In addition, some products may have a lead time and are not able to ship immediately even when Expedited shipping is selected.  If you need something by a certain date, please reach out to us (sales@savageutv.com) and let us know and we will make every effort to try and accommodate your needs.  Orders placed after noon PST on businesses days for in stock items are not guaranteed to ship the same day.  

 

CARRIER HOLIDAYS: UPS, USPS and FedEx do acknowledge holidays and do not accept packages, or deliver packages on these days.  Please ensure you aware of any delays this may cause on expedited packages.  Any questions, please contact us at sales@savageutv.com for any questions on this, or visit the carriers sites directly to obtain this information.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT:  The selected carrier is liable for the loss of or damage to packages during transport. In order for us to replace or refund the damaged goods, we will need to file a claim with the carrier which also includes photos of the damage. You will need to contact us within 3 business days of delivery of the items so that we can submit the claim with the shipping company. After this time, Savage UTV can not be held responsible for any damaged packages/products. Packages are insured during transit. Products are not insured against damage at your home, shop, job site, etc. Opening the box and checking the order is your responsibility as the buyer, so please check your delivery for damage immediately. 

Incorrect Addresses:  The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.  Please notify us immediately (sales@savageutv.com) if the address needs to be updated, as long as the order has not shipped yet we can try to make those changes before the order ships.  Please be advised that this is not guaranteed.

If the package has shipped with UPS, Buyers have the option through UPS to make destination changes.  You can do this through UPS My Choice, UPS's website, or use this link to request changes to the shipment: https://www.ups.com/us/en/track/change-delivery.  USPS and DHL do not offer change of address options.

If the package has all ready shipped and cannot be intercepted by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees for packages returned to us for inaccurate address information.  Returned packages will be refunded less a 5% cancellation fee and all shipping expenses once the returned package arrives in our shop.  Deliveries made to inaccurate addresses are not the responsibility of Savage UTV LLC, and we will not issue a refund or replacement in these circumstances.
