Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging and all accessories and hardware.  

 To return your product, please contact us at returns@savageutv.com to initiate a return.  We will provide a return label (not available for international shipments), however the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs, along with original shipping costs when the order was initially placed.  The customer will also be provided a return address should they want to send the items back on their own.   When doing so, we highly encourage insurance on your shipments as any packages lost in transit will not be eligible for a refund from Savage UTV. 

Once the product is received by us in unused, undamaged condition, we will refund the cost of the item(s) returned less a 5% restocking fee.  Packages must be received in our warehouse by or before 30 days from the date of initial delivery of the item being returned.  Any damage to the product or missing packaging/hardware will result in an additional restocking fee suitable to repair or replacement.  Any product returned after the 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@savageutv.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom orders and bulk orders are non-refundable. 

Once an order is submitted we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or change the order.  Please email us at sales@savageutv.com or call 619-320-4040 immediately to make any requests.  Should we not be able to assist in any cancellations or changes, the Buyer has the option to initiate a return (see above).  Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee and a refund will be initiated upon verification that the order has not all ready been processed/shipped.
